Who Are We?
Mark Rea
Mark is an experienced portfolio director and business builder. From founding a local business to becoming a director of national financial services provider, Mark has always been opportunities led.
Working in Corporate and Commercial Finance led Mark to help motivated people look for ways to make businesses stronger.
As a strong believer in relationships, Mark always looks to establish sustainable partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders because, he understands, people are key to long term success.
Mark aims to be that critical friend who provides you with knowledge and advice based on his experience and focuses on our property developer clients helping them with bridging finance, development loans and development exit loans.
Francesca Rea
Francesca is a customer focused manager with 15 years’ experience working with both corporate and start-up businesses, managing up to 60 people across multiple sites.
In her career, Francesca has successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders including team members, senior managers, departments and suppliers.
Francesca enjoys working with people and became a mortgage advisor to enable her to help clients with commercial mortgages and to set down real roots. Francesca looks after all of the firms mortgage business, from residential homeowners through to large portfolios of international buy to let investors.
